Accrual plan balances are showing double when calculate accrual balance process is run

Hi Experts,

We have loaded the initial balance through HDL and ran the process calculate accrual and balances. Then the balance is showing double.

Ex: Initial balance loaded via HDL is 200 hours, after running the process it showing Initial Balance(200) + Annual Accrual(160) i.e. 360 hours.

Expectation is that, it should only show the balance loaded via HDl i.e 200 hours, but not the accrual one.

Could any one help me out on this.
