Talent Review Evaluation with Competencies and Questionnaire
We have a requirement and I would like to know the possibility of the below,
- They wanted to perform multiple levels of talent ratings calibration (eg: from 1st mar - 15th March ratings to be given by direct managers, from 15th Marh - 30th March- ratings to be given for the employees by manager's manager till SVP level) along with due date. Is it possible to restrict the ratings to be given by the reviewers by due date at each level?
- Do we have an option to add questionniares to the talent review, we have potential assessment but we wanted to add questions and get the evaluation done for the questions and the ratings to be added to the employee talent ratings.
