sales order submisison performance issue

Hi,

We are having an integration to create, update sales orders in Oracle Order management. Most of these sales orders containing more than 200+ lines. When a revision is created for an update comes from the integration, Draft is created with the latest changes. We observed it takes nearly 1 min to submit a sales order revision in draft through the scheduled OIC batch. We tested this from UI and the performance is same.

Just confirming whether this is type of performance is expected or how to optimize performance in submitting the sales order in draft.
