Format file in Job Profile attachment changes when uploaded via HDL

Summary:

After uploading an attachment file via HDL to job profile, the format of the file changes. So for example if I uploaded a PDF file, the file is not available in PDF when downloaded. In the screen you can also see a ? in steed of the usual pdf sign. Has anyone experienced this before and what could be the cause for this?

When the file (attachment) is uploaded manually, when downloading the file it is available in the same format as uploaded.
