Onboarding task for line manager

hello everyone!
we are configuring the onboarding steps through a dedicated journey and we have two steps:
- step 1 towards the employee (triggered by the move to HR action)
- step 2 towards the manager (triggered by the convert action)
We noticed that at the time of the convert action, with a future date, changing the line manager in job details, task 2 still reaches the hiring manager (manager of the offer) and not the line manager in the assignment.
This is probably because, at the time of the move to HR, the onboarding journey is allocated to the employee before the effective hiring date (future date) while the convert is done later. Is this the expected behavior?
