Is there is anyways to change/Hide/Remove this text -"Last Update by" in Performance document.

Is there is a way in Performance Document to change/Hide/Remove this text -Last Update by - "Username of Person " from where it is being pulled?

We have an employee with Performance document- where she can she the wrong email address (no where available in the system) showing in the Attachment section - "Last Update by ". It should come as per the Work email address.

Please check the attached screenshot for navigation and better understanding. Also please confirm if this is a bug and how to correct this as per the Work email address
