Unable to use GetManager() function in Development Goal Approval to check if Matrix Manager exist

Summary:

Hi,

We want to have Development goal approval to go line manager and FYI to matrix manager. Likewise, approval should go only to line manager if matrix manager is not assigned.

The GetManager("MATRIX_MANAGER",Worker's Assignment.result.requestManager) function does not seem to work for development goal approval.

How can this be achieved?
