AI Assist not working for Requested Feedback

AI Assist isn't working for Requested Feedback.

We took the following steps:

  • Enabled these profile options: ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED & ORA_HRA_REQ_FEEDBACK_REDWOOD_ENABLED.
  • Enabled the AI assistance button via Visual Builder Studio.
  • The question response type is Rich Text Box.

As you can see in the screenshot below the "Use AI Assist" button isn't visible:
