Manager visibility on employee checklist

Hi community,

when we assign a specific checklist to an employee but no task is assigned to the manager, however the manager can access the journey of the employee. How can I prevent the manager to see the checklist allocated to the employee? Since he does not have to perform any action it does not make any sense that he could see the checklist!
