Approve and Reject the Customer Bill from email without login to OTM

Is there a way to configure a setup that allows Customer Bills to be approved or rejected directly from an email, without requiring login to OTM? As per the workflow, the Customer Bill will be sent via email to the Finance Head for approval or rejection without needing to access OTM.
