How to change subscription related data in the existing lines while interfacing data from OM to Subscription Management.

Is there any way to change the subscription related data like subscription profile name, etc before sending to subscription interface tables using order orchestration or extensions?

Steps:

1.Created/imported SO with subscription related data.

2.Used value as ABC for the Subscription profile name in the SO. Based on order orchestration the SO fulfilment lines went to subscription with

Subscription profile name ABC

3. Is there anyway to change subscription related data before sending to subscription interface tables.
