Employee not able to claim shifts

Summary:

I have created a schedule in workforce scheduling and assigned shifts to the schedule for the employee to claim. The next step as per the documentation is to claim the shift from Me > Workforce Scheduling > Calendar but the navigation is not showing the calendar button
