Update timecards in submitted or approved state for any new absence entry
Summary:
We have a requirement where time card is submitted via planned schedule and the hours are populated based on employee work scheduled hours. After the time cards are created and if the employee applies for any absence, the absence hours should reflect on the time card. Also, the hours entered via employee work schedule should get updated based on the absence hours.
For example, time card is submitted with 8 hours entered each day (Mon-Fri) via the Planned Schedule process. These hours are auto populated from the employee work schedule.
Now, if the employee applies for a leave for one of the above days with 8 hours, the hours in the time card should get adjusted. if the leave is applied on Tuesday, the scheduled hours in the time card for that day should become 0 and it should only display the absence hours as 8.
