Performance Document Redwood: Reason Field on Document Actions

Hello everyone,

We have a requirement from our client. Actually any action performed on the performance document (example), we know as per redwood theme, a pop up opens on the right side.

There is a reason field. Our client wants to remove it.

Can you advice on how can this be done?
