Absence type to increase balance

Is it possible to create an Absence type which increases the balance?

In case the employee worked during the weekend we need to allow the employee to submit a Compensation Request, which should add balance to the Compensatory Plan, later on when the employee would like to use it then he should submit a Compensatory Absence request to be deducted from the Compensatory plan.

The plan is created initially with Zero balance.
