activity_alerts content validation
Summary:
Hi, is there any way to validate the content of the activity_alerts property using displays conditions or within message scenario?
I've tested these two options:
- Displays
- I've created a text with a simple condition but it's not working. It seems activity_alerts is not a valid property to be evaluated.
- Message scenario: I've created a message step just to set another custom property with the content of activity_alerts when an activity is added to the technician route (like shown in the picture below) but it's populating the custom property with "{activity_alerts}" text instead of its content. Looking in the message scenario documentation I'm not seeing any placeholder for that purpose, so i'm assuming it's not valid.
