Redwood Performance Mgt: disable required fields on new process to create performance documents

We are moving to Redwood and need to disable some of the fields to mass create forms.

My Client Groups > Performance > Mass Action Processes for Performance Documents

When creating for a large group, the only fields that should be required are the review period and the document. In redwood it is requiring the population type and then the next field of employee name or dept after that. Need to remove the requirement on those fields. We have fast formulas set up to capture all of the people that should have forms, so when we create the documents, we should only have to choose the review period and performance document.
