Redwood: Absence reason on timecard when absence are read-only on timecard

Summary:

In 25B time and labor release oracle has allowed absence reasons to be entered on timecard for an absence. Looks like absence reasons we can setup on timecard when absences are entered through timecard.

On our project, absences are entered in absence module and they are showing up as read-only on the timecard. Client wants to know if it is possible to show absence reasons as read-only on the timecard as well.
