IDP Review
Summary:
Hi Team,
We have a requirement where employee's should be flexible in taking part review process any time through performance document without any restrictions after adding their IDP goals.
For Example: Employee A is part of Review 1 by Jan and will be part of Review 2 by April.
Employee B is part of Review 1 by Jan and will be part of Review 2 by Feb, will take part every month.
Review process timeline varies from employee to employee . How can we incorporate this in system. Any suggestions please
