Need to hide "Complete document" option to Line Managers before Calibration completion in Redwood

Summary:

Dear Team,

In our client system, the performance document will have 3 steps, i.e. Employee self evaluation, Manager evaluation and share and release document.

Once the employee completes "Employee self evaluation", it will go to "Manager evaluation" task. Then Line Managers are completing the Manager evaluation task. Then the Line Managers are able to see "Complete document" option on the Performance document. They are clicking on the "Complete document" accidentally, then the Performance documents are also getting released to employees even before Calibration completion.

In Performance template, "Lock share and release Performance document" has been enabled, because of which "Share and release" option is faded out for Line Managers which is the expectation.
