Setting up annual absence accrual with flat accrual as of anniversary date
Summary:
Hi Experts,
I need to know how we can set up a accrual plan to accrue a flat amount on a every anniversary year.
For instance if the employee is hired on 16th April 2024 and gets 10 days at the start of the year then he should accrue 10 days on every work anniversary on the 16th April for subsequent years.
Accrual is based on the repeating period and not on the plan term. So if the repeating period is annual , happens every 01 Jan then same will apply for an accrual plan with plan term as anniversary date.
Need to know how I can change that since in the repeating period I dont see any other option. If its through a fast formula please let me know which FF type I need to apply for.
