processing the role in performance template is not accessible for dotted line manager

Summary:

One of our customers uses DOTED LINE MANAGER ROLE same as Line manager.

When we use same access to both line and dotted line manager in performance template under Structure tab. We could see Dotted line manager is not having access to edit permissions. its greyed out for dotted line manager
