Career Roles are showing up blank for employee access under opportunity marketplace

Summary:

as an employee when i navigate to Me > Career and Performance > Career Development > Opportunity Marketplace and select Career Roles the page is blank. None of the job/position profiles are showing up.

But when i log in as an HR and perform the same action as a employee with HR access the page works.

Note - Process Career Roles for Oracle Search Ingestion scheduled process is run
