Close Enrollment batch Process - Life events does not close

Summary:

We have processed Conversion on Full population of 1200 as of 10/6/2024. Now While trying to close the conversion event through the Close Enrollment Batch Process, it is not picking any employee.

Tried for full population, tried on one employee with different set of parameters. Nothing seems to work.

Attached the screenshot for the parameters used.
