Redwood performance document data

As old performance document using set goals option is not supported in redwood, is there any possible way to migrate existing performance documents data to new performance document created in redwood?
As our customer is in process of evaluation, they have lot of employees/managers updated their documents, which needs to be replaced with new performance documents now in redwood.
