Goal creation Gen AI with aligned goals not working

Summary:

My customer has enabled AI for goal creation, it will work only if the goal is not aligned, but as a process we need to align our goals with department goal, so if the employee add the suggested goal as his goal which will be automatically aligned, and he tried to change the goal name to set his goal, the AI assistance will not work. Any suggestions here?

Here are the steps:

• Goal and performance
• Goal center
• Add a new goal
• Add a suggested goal to be aligned with Org Goals
• Change the name of the goal
• AI assistance is not working cannot be clicked
