Accruals are not populating correctly against employee and Time Admin

Hi

There is some unusual behavior in the accrual balances affecting accraul balance for both employees and Time Administrators. When i checked the time Admin it shows as 7.67 hrs as project accruals and as employee it is showing 5 hrs.
