25A Compensatory Plan
Summary:
Our requirement is whenever there is a final disbursement or disbursement while being employed, the compensatory plan balance should be paid at current rate. My understanding is that 25A has some functional configuration updates that will allow this. Can someone confirm if a rate defination is required or is entering 'Absence Date' for rate date rule enough? Please see below setup and advise.
