Redwood time card page not loading

Summary:

Have enabled Redwood OTL in DEV environment and now have issue when log in as employee and attempt to enter time. Page won't load and just get spinning circle. Get this no matter how to try to access via Me > Time and Absence > Current Time Card OR Add Time Card OR Existing Time Cards.

Have the 3 Compute ACL processes running every 30 min/60min/Daily as recommended.

Have tried with several emps and occurs for all so far - was able to enter data the other week however!

Then tried using a US based employee and loaded as expected. Is there a setting or something stopping this for the AU employees?
