Need Assistance in building Comp Hierarchy using Employee's hierarchy and AOR
Summary:
Hi Team,
We have requirement for the comp hierarchy for the Variable compensation Plan as below:
The First level Manager in the comp worksheet should be Central SPOC of the Employee (Stored as AOR)
The second level Manager in the comp worksheet should be the Line Manager of the Central SPOC
The Third and Final level manager in the comp worksheet needs to be determined not by the Second Level manager (Line Manager of the Central SPOC) but by the employee's Department Heads (Defined as AOR) in the second level manager's worksheet.
So for example if Line Manager of the Central SPOC has employees in his/her worksheet of 5 Different departments then the expectation is that there will be 5 different Comp managers at level 3.
