Validate Field values message in visual builder studio is not working fine.

Summary:

In the performance document, I've given the proper condition and message as shown below, but still the changes are not reflected in the preview mode and even after publishing it.

Values instruction is not appearing in the peformance documen when manger gives the proficiency rating as 1 :-
