Workforce Compensation - Admin Reports not showing detail data

Summary:

We've created and started a plan with a given eligibility group. As we do not see any data for managers, we tried to check using the existing admin reports. We started the admin report

Administration Reports: Worker Eligibility Details

The reports currently shows 71 people in the plan. We created a bi report and the given number seems to be correct.

When I click on details, I do not see any data, but I do see data when navigating to other areas of the application (ex. Employment Info).
