Why are approved absences not processing in payroll?
Summary:
We have employees who absence is approved in the absence module, listed on the timecard, but does not process in payroll. We have seen it remove from their balance. It also doesn't pay out in retro. When we run the "Absences and Payroll info for Reconciliation" flow to try to catch variances between absence and payroll, it shows the employee's absence amount as zero even though the absence module shows at 36 hours. So this report is not recognizing a variance because it shows the absence is 0 and payroll is processing 0.
Is anyone else experiencing this or do you know why it is happening to us? How do we prevent/stop it?
