User employee is trying to add a goal to the new goal plan (2025-26 Goals) but getting the error

Dear Team,

When one of the user is trying to add a goal to the new goal plan (2025-26 Goals ) but getting the following error, can you please help us to solve this issue.

Navigation: Me > Career and Performance > Goals

When employee enters into the goals page getting this error.

Others able to add the goals, Only this employee facing this issue. In test prod employee able to add the goals.
