Accrual plan with biweekly repeating time period and accrual should be granted with specific date.

Accrual Plan Name = Vacation (RF-Hours)
Repeating time period = Biweekly (Starting on Saturday and ending on Friday)
Accrual On = End of the Repeating time period.

Pay day is on the end date of the next repeating time period end date i.e. on Friday following the end of the current time period.

Accrual granting logic - Accrual must be granted on the Monday prior to the pay day, i.e. Monday of the same week in which the Pay day (Friday) falls.

Example - Repeating time period is from 14-Sept-2024 (Saturday) to 27-Sept-2024 (Friday).
Accrual earning between 14-Sept to 27-Sept should be granted on 7-Oct-2024 (Monday)
