Unable to see custom field filters in Redwood Case management and HR Help desk list view

I have created custom fields in application composer but they are not pushing through to the Redwood HR Help Desk and Case Management filters on the list page

Also when i select the Add filter option none of the custom field headings appear there. Is there something i need to do in Visual Builder for the fields to be seen here:
