How to Modify Assignee, Contacts section in Edit Tasks Layout in Activities object for Redwood Sales
Summary:
For Tasks and Appointments that we create in the Activities object in Redwood Sales, we enter the Assignees and Contacts.
However, when viewing these Assignees and Contacts, we want to edit the columns shown to suit our purposes better, e.g. the 'Phone' column to be shown in the view. How do we modify this view so that our Business Users are able to perform this activity and able to get the contact details they need?
