Options for configuring an employee with multiple pay rates on the same assignment

I have a requirement which I am fairly sure most of you would have come across.
We have a project to move employees from Lawson over to Oracle Fusion HCM. The employees at the Lawson system have one job but have multiple pay rates. From an HR Business perspective and a data maintenance perspective what is the best way to set this up in Oracle Fusion?
Multiple assignments would refer to different jobs being performed by the employee. Each job being set up as an FLSA job.
Are there any other ways to move with this requirement.
