Summary:

We are currently facing challenges with the management of CFDI processes in Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico, particularly around reissuance, cancellation, and error tracking. These functions are critical for compliance with Mexican tax regulations. At this time, we have limited visibility and functional tools to manage these scenarios entirely within Oracle, which often leads to manual handling through the PAC and risks of data misalignment.

Through daily operations, we have identified opportunities for improvement in the following areas:

1. CFDI Reissuance
There is currently no documented or configured functionality in Oracle to reissue a corrected CFDI within the system. When reissued externally through the PAC, Oracle continues to show the original CFDI as active, leading to discrepancies.
