Hi All,

We have a requirement where if the non-serialized parts are consumed by Technician, we need to integrate with ERP for generating a PO based to the supplier based on part description, category of part, supplier code.

To acheive this, I have created a part catalog and mapped all part description, category of part & supplier against that Part desc against that inventory type. 

For example, if tech searches for  PVC cable, we show four types of PVC i.e. 2" PVC, 1/2" PVC, 1" PVC etc to select which type of PVC for the tech to select one of those. The details get populated & tech enters the quantity of the particular category consumed.
