Performance Rating from Compensation module to Performance Document

Summary:

Hi,

I have a business requirement where we want to have a separate section or placeholder for Normalised Performance Ratings from Compensation Module in Completed Performance Document. So that Ratings given by Employee/Manager and ratings given in Normalization both can be seen to employee in Performance Document.

Also, In case I above is not feasible where Performance Rating will be updated in Performance document from Compensation module. I know ratings will be updated in Overall Summary section. But we have two ratings for Employee and Manager in Overall Summary Section, Employee/Manager Self Rating and Calculated Rating.

So can I know which of these will be updated from Compensation Module.
