"Adjusted Next Grade Step Date" not appearing in the Employment Info page for an employee
Summary:
Hello Community,
We have configured the Grade step progression for our client. It was noted that the employee did not get an automated step increase as of eff date. The employee got promoted and should have gotten an automated step increase as of eff date.
As you can see in the below mentioned image there is no adjustment added in “adjusted next grade step date” in the employment info page under benefits self service because of which so we could not figure out why automatic step increase is not kicking in.
Is there any workaround for this issue.
