Redwood: View Privilege in Skills & Qualification's Competency Ratings

Allowing Line Managers to view the Competency Ratings under Skills & Qualifications page

We are using a custom role for our Line Managers and whenever we access My Team > Show More > Skills & Qualifications > Select a Person, we can see the Competencies but not the ratings.
When using an admin account, we were able to see the ratings.
When we go to My Client Groups > Profiles > Profile Content Section Access > Competencies (Dropdown), we can see that Line Managers have "View Access"
Is there a privilege that needs to be added in the custom Line Manager role for them to see the Competency Ratings?
