Ability to track quantities using sales agreement

Summary:

Customer has requirement to track the quantities against Sales Agreement, for how many sales order has been created for it. Also if the quantities can be tracked based on product line (Category of the product)

Tracking quantity is not possible. Is there any workaround for these requirement.
