'Enroll in default' benefits process is not able to default the "HOOPP Opted-Out" option for part-time new hires. The expectation is that once the process is run overnight, the "HOOPP Opted-Out" option will be enrolled. However, currently once the life event is evaluated through the scheduled process, there are no options defaulted for part-time new hires.
