360 participant summary view for manager and employee (Redwood)

I am trying to find a way where the manager and employee being evaluated can view the summary score that the participants provided. Any thoughts?

As the participant, once they have entered ratings, the summary updates and is visible which is fine. The participant can only view their own scores.

Participant submits form, and it goes back to the manager.

Manager sees anonymous ratings on each item, but the summary score does not show:

Manager Submits document to next step which is to send to the employee being evaluated to sign off.
