How to set up multiple cost center approval concurrently in spreadsheet

Need to have approvals based on job level, amount and cost centers be sent simultaneously to the starting cost center managers and then up the chain.

We are using Invoice Approval Worksheet and not BPM.
We are looking for a solution to for having multiple cost center manager/supervisor paths concurrently instead of serial. Review other posts and there is talk about create in parallel group but how does that handle the approval level based on amount?
