Can we edit price of an item on sales order without pricelists in order management UI?

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

The business requires to price sales orders lines directly in order management, and do not want to add items in pricelist, as the prices keep on fluctuating. They want to override the prices they enter at any given point.
Is there a functionality, where the user can directly edit price on sales order while creation in UI, without pricelists in place?

If not in UI, what are the other options where orcale allows to change prices at any given point of time?
