Custom Manager Role not able to "Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation"

Summary:

Custom Manager Role not able to "Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation" but however Oracle Seeded Line Manager role is having privileges to "Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation".

Can someone help me identify the privilege/role needed to make this button work.
My Team> Performance> Select an individual (click on …) > Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation
