Change "Performance" name in "Career and Performance"

Summary: Change "Performance" name in "Career and Performance"

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi to all,

I would change "Performance" name to "Le mie Schede" (see the picture below) but I was not able to do that with "Page composer".

Here the path: Me > Career and Performance > Performance

Is it possible to do that with "User Interface text"? Because I think that should be dangerous with "User Interface text" because the word "Performance" is used often and I want to change that only in this path.
